The doctors here are good and provide ok care. However, the front office policy is frustrating--if you're 5 minutes late, you're forced to reschedule. Meanwhile, they routinely schedule 5 people into the same time slot, they then run behind, and I've had to wait at least 30 minutes past my appointment time. It feels like there's a double standard when it comes to respecting patients' time.
I saw Dr. Dane Jeffic who made me feel rushed and talks to one very condescending. He does not listen and has an ego. DO NOT USE HIM. He needs more edcucation and training.
