They request you show up 15 minutes early, took 20 minutes to even SEE the front desk lady (who knows where she was?) for us to be seen, so far 30 minutes late to be seen by the doctor at all after checking in. Will see if they even remember we are here id reccomend going somewhere else. 50 minutes of boredom led to this review
June 4, 2025 Just going to talk about staff at desk who were unfriendly and looks unhappy pf what i can see in their faces. Secondly, i really do understand about waiting time i really do but i have been in this office 3 diff occasion and always a 1 hr or kore waiting outside before you get called As today i just waited 1:20 minutes after my original appointment of 11am And still waiting at 12:20 I don't recommend this clinic. I just wished to find answers or follow up of the tests results ive had bcoz i haven't received any results after heart ultrasound and stress test. Frustrating I would wish to find another heart doctor if i could
DR BRANAVAN UMAKANTHAN, MD WILL SEND YOU HERE. NOT! HAD APPOINTMENT AND THEY CANCELLED WHEN I WAS ON SITE ON TIME. NO TECHNICIAN AND THEY GONNA LET ME KNOW SAME MOMENT I GET THERE. BESIDES DEALING WITH THE FRONT DESK LADY ATTITUDE. WHY WE HAVE SUCH BAD DOCS ANS PRACTICES IN CITY. DO NOT SCHEDULE BAD STAFF NO SERIOUS PEOPLE.
I had high hopes for this office after making my appointment because they were on top of getting me scheduled off my GPs referral. Sadly that ended real quick when I went there. I arrived early at 1145 as requested because I was a new patient and my appointment was supposed to be at 12. As I was waiting there were 3 others that were already there and 2 were there an hour and a half already. When asked what was going on they had one doctor. So it seems like every doctor they overbooked and under delivers. One lady went in and I'm sure she is still waiting the other lady went in at 1.5 hours and left because it was another hour in the back. My name was called and I asked before I went in if it was gonna be another hour and the answer was yes. Very poor customer service on site. I'm pretty sure they weren't behind they just book 4 people an hour and can't keep up. Medical in this state is terrible. I wish I could give you a zero.
I would love to give a shout-out for David and Shellie. From the start, they made me feel supportive and comfortable. The procedure was painless. There was one point that i got very out of breath and chest pains. They were there for me throughout everything! They had amazing customer service and I would recommend those two in a heart.
