Don't fall for the in office testing. They will schedule you for tons of tests over months and charge your insurance, which may or may not cover the tests. This will leave you with hundreds or thousands in bills from NV Heart & Vascular. Most of the tests can be done at Pueblo, Steinberg or DR. No results to any of the tests for almost a year before the follow up visit to review. The staff is friendly but not super helpful. It's all a money grab. My husband (45 yrs and healthy) started his "bi-annual" heart check up in March 2025. 7 appointments/tests later, he has his "follow up" in September 2025. Your heart literally can't wait if you choose this office.

I was referred to NV heart and vascular Oct 2024 by my primary care Doctor I never received a phone call from them so I called them and was told they didn't have my referral so I drove to my Doctor and had them print a copy which I took to NV heart and vascular they scheduled an appointment for 12/24/2024 the morning of my appointment they called and said they needed to reschedule so we did, 3 more appointments were made and all of them they called the day of appointments and rescheduled finally I gave up trying to get an appointment low and behold they called me again May of 2025 and scheduled an appointment for 07/21/2025 they called me this morning ( day of appointment) and said they had to reschedule my appointment. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this business it is hands down the worse company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Good evening , you have a racist employee working for you. There is a video about someone (a black woman) not tipping and this was Sara's response. The video had absolutely nothing to do with race but a lot of ppl including her made it about race. It is very unacceptable and sad that some people are still racist in 2025. Just because one black person decided to not tip, doesn't mean EVERY black person doesn't tip. Sara is working with patients HEARTS!!! If you are a black patient, I will be very careful if she's helping you because she clearly does not have your best interest at heart.

Branavan Umakanthan MD, is the worst dr, he only spend 3 minutes with me , DID NOT listen to anything I said, even is he so call cardiologist 1 second the stethoscope was in my heart not even AI machine can record that, sent me to do some test and more than 3 monthS later and still he doesn't give me the results, I send many text messages in to portal, called and nothing, I will make the complain to the NEVADA STATE MEDICAL BOARD AND THE PATIENT ADVOCATE, If you are a female patient RUN. HE IS THE WORST.

Dr Shiekh is excellent and truly knows his stuff! Very impressed with entire staff. Glad i went there today. They care!!
