The entire staff are kind and helpful. Physical therapy is excellent and the medical staff are all brilliant, well trained and they care! I'd recommend the Henderson location for anyone who needs outstanding pain care with an empathetic team. They are the best team I've ever had, and I think the world of them!
@ HENDERSON location- Henderson team are amazing! Personable, professional, and organized. I've been a patient for a few years, the current team of receptionists/medical assistants, therapists, and Providers have a great rapport and compassion for patients. It's rare to find a place that has such a well rounded team that includes the patient in the plan of care.
I have been going to the Horizon Ridge location in Henderson for a little under 2 years and have nothing to complain about. The front desk staff have always been helpful. I am usually in and out of my appointment under 30 minutes unless get a procedure.
I have been going to the Henderson location of LV Pain. The young lady Sara that I talk to about my appointments and procedures has Awesome. She always keeps me informed about my procedures and pending paperwork. She is one of the best I have had the pleasure to work with and get to know. She has made this process so much easier!
The Henderson location is simply the best. I am always treated as far more than just a patient with a patient ID. I am treated in a personal way, and this means a lot during recovery. Sarah greets every person there in the warmest and kindest way. Above all, they are good at what they do!
