They deserve 0 stars In The lobby for 1 1/2 hours still waiting to be called back. Girls in the office cackling having g a good time. Horrible service

I would give them 0 stars, if possible. I am a new patient there and have had 3 appointments and all have been rescheduled at least once, it not twice. They just cancelled my follow-up about to learn about my test results, which I have been waiting for over a month, to say my provider no longer works there! I have a copy of my EKG, which notes an abnormal echocardiogram that I have been trying not to freak out about. I asked for a provider to call me to go over the results and was told nope they do not do telehealth. I was asked to be placed on a cancellation list and nope they do not have that either. They can't get me in until the beginning of March - what poor service! This is a prime example that medical care in the Vegas Valley absolutely sucks. Let's hope I don't have a heart attack in the meantime - just no words!

Hello... I have been waiting for a call back from the Henderson office for two weeks since mt initialappointment. I began calling them Monday Oct 7th. Each day I have been on hold in "the queue " for over TWO hours before my phone battery died. I cannot speak to the skill of the doctors, however, the office is run like a "meat market." I am going transfer my case back to my doctor in LA where I was able to book an appointment while still being on hold with this poorly managed office. Good Luck!

I had one appointment there and the Doctor and nurses where great, brought my 2 grandchildren with me, they where quiet and all was well. Had another appointment today and was turned away because I had my granddaughter with me, She was in her stroller being quiet and good as can be. The ultrasound technician Lady was very rude and stated " quote" you have no one to watch the child? She stated several times rudely like I had brought her into a bar or casino or something..first time I have made a review. I feel I've been discriminated against, I waited a month for these appointments, there's no signs saying no children allowed. It cost me 25 dollars in gas round trip to go there today. Very frustrating I now have to find a new Doctor and start all over.

Horribly run practice! They keep patients waiting for 2-3 hours for appointments with no apology or warning, schedule procedures at the wrong office and then do not offer to reschedule quickly, and are not careful when writing down phone numbers. Today I had an appointment that they claimed to have tried to cancel but they were calling the wrong phone number. Again, no apology! Now I have to wait TWO months for a rescheduling. I hope I don't have anything seriously wrong, but won't know for another two months. I am changing doctors as soon as I can find one.
