I had an appointment to get my Heart Test @ 12:30pm & left at 2:10pm. So, expect to wait. 6/20/25 Friendly front desk lady. I got a fast EKG test, & checked my Blood Pressure. Clean place. Dr. Chandra Narala is nice. Spoke to him very quickly. 3.5/5 rating

I had my first appt with Dr Narata today and the front desk was friendly and efficient. Aniya who assisted the Dr was amazing welcoming and friendly. She even completed oxygen and bills pressure check for my husband even though I was the patient. Even when I was leaving the office mgr was so nice. I highly recommend this Dr and office. Only thing was a longer wait than usual due to a call out. Which happens but they were apologetic about it.

It's really unfortunate that the front desk staff and after hours answering service is deterring new patients from this Dr with their horrible customer service and condescending attitudes. I asked my primary care for another referral and advised them against recommending this office to their future patients. It's not worth the headache when there are many more offices to choose from. If this is the kind of service they provide just when trying to schedule an appointment, I definitely don't trust them to get important information correct when it comes to charting and insurance billing. Just sayin' - it's something that other future potential patients should consider too!

Dr. Karthiek Narala is an exceptional doctor! He was able to improve my husbands quality of life by putting in three stents in his heart. My husband had been to another cardiologist at Mayo Clinic. He did not offer to help my husband. Dr. Narala studied my husbands complicated case and was willing to help. He is such an amazing doctor. We are so grateful that he cares so much about his patients.

I initially saw Dr Narala in my early 60s for sinus tachycardia. I was given a very thorough work up with a battery of test. He repeats these tests every two years, due to my history. Dr Narala (senior) is very kind and caring. His son works alongside him and his Dr. Chandra Narala The staff that does the testing in the office and the front desk staff are some of the best in the city. The office is very efficient and well staffed! I see the same faces year after year and that's a good sign. I decided I would see the nurse practitioner named Ting Ting. I am a registered nurse with a background and cardiac intensive care. Ting Ting is extremely knowledgeable, very compassionate, and willing to take as much time as you need to answer every single question.
