Dr. Small is knowledgeable and communicates well. The problem rests with the Jacobs staff and support. 1) patient portal no longer allows you to direct communications to doctor! 2) after last appointment, there is confusion with a pharmacy order. I've tried phone calls. I got one response, but no ability to return call. After that, called main number attempting to get response, nothing. 3) tried calling appointment number. Voice mail. No response. I wonder if Jacobs Medical Group understand concept of patient abandonment? I had a simple problem with pharmacy that has evolved over 3-weeks into a much larger issue! Hey, Jacobs, look up the term patient abandonment
