After a few years with this office I've found the staff great. Very friendly and on top of everything I have needed. I've never waited over 15 minutes and that was a walk in. Normally I'm talking with a nurse under 10 minutes. We'll see how the new building works out. UPDATE The New facility is located on West William Ave. Very nice, attractive building. Inside, it doesn't scream, waiting room. It's spacious and allows room for the patients to be comfortable. The physicians have ample room. Great Dr's in pediatric as well as family Not sure how to describe a dr. Office. There aren't very many Dr. / physicians' offices that greet you with a rainbow and a Christmas tree.

Very friendly from the start to end. Front desk staff made sure I was checked in . I was early. Planned on waiting for 30 minutes because I was that early. Next thing I knew nurse Susan was there took me back to the room. Got my vitals and joked and visited with me. Susan told me she would be back and let me know how long it would be before Stacey Coppersmith would be in . Stacey came in went over my labs explained them to me. Answered questions. She is always so supportive and encouraging. If you are looking for a Dr. I highly recommend GPH Family Medicine.

We cannot express enough gratitude for Nurse Joleen. She was incredibly kind and patient with our child during the past 5 months of IVIG. Her gentle approach and reassuring words made a huge difference in our experience. She took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure our child felt comfortable and informed. Nurse Joleen and the other two ladies professionalism and compassion truly stood out, and we are so thankful for the exceptional care. She definitely deserves 5
