I called Nephrology this morning and spoke to the front desk regarding me bringing in a urine sample and she said I could refrigerate it and then bring it in but did not mention there was no one in the lab working today and they could not refrigerate it until a lab technician showed up after I had driven all the way over there to drop off my specimen. So she finally suggested I take it over to the lab where Rheumatology is located to drop it off and they would send them the results she could have mentioned that in the first place not to mention she was a little rude and I'm not very happy with her demeanor or the way I was treated!

Front desk staffing girls are very unprofessional. They talk and giggle, they are smacking on gum and act like you are disturbing them when you go to check in. The nursing staff and physicians are well mannered and very professional.

Pretty new patient and boy has it been a awful experience getting a callback seems impossible the front desk is less than helpful I would not recommend
