Everyone has always been professional and done their job. The blood draw was not nearly as good as they had always been in the past. Since Dr. Leonhardt retired, it seems I get a new doctor every couple of years. Thus they never really get to know and care about each patient as I'd experienced the rest of my adult life. Our whole medical system has changed to care more about money than people! Not just CHI.
We arrived in Lincoln a year ago and consider ourselves fortunate to have ended up at CHI under the care of Dr. Schlemmer and his team. We have gotten the care we need accompanied by straight talk at all times. The staff is gentle at the blood draws and somewhat so at the scales. We always feel welcome and are seen close to appointment time but don't feel hurried during our visits.
Wonderful and patient Dr. Professional and trustworthy. I am thankful for Dr Schlemmer and all the staff there. Truly blessed and grateful for his willingness to listen and learn about disorders that most have never heard of.
Dr Schlemmer is a very intelligent internist. I got frustrated with some personal issues. He doesn't touch patients very much.
