I had surgery here on June 30 and got out on July 1. I was on the 7th floor east wing. All the nurses and techs were all so kind and professional. For me I like hospitals' food. I was well taken care of and felt like they cared about me.

I had cut my hand pretty deep and super glue wouldn't do the trick. My woman convinced me to go to E.R. I hate hospitals. But this experience was extremely quick and the nurse that cleaned my cut and gave me the tetanus shot beyond amazing, the doctor that numbed me up and then stitched me up. Beyond amazing. Seriously down to earth professionals that made me feel like they genuinely cared about my well being. Super informative on my after care instructions. Great people. Thank you both again.
I'm extremely pleased I chose Bryan to get my first mammogram. My experience couldn't have been better. The process was quick and painless and the tech was phenomenal in answering questions and making me feel as comfortable as possible. I received my results in less than 24 hours as well. The entire process was great, and I'd recommend to anyone.
From admission to the end of my appointment, the entire experience was very good. I was extremely nervous and anxious about the test, but the nurses and Dr. Van Pelt made me feel safe and heard. The procedure was pretty painful, but the kindness of the nurses and Dr. Van Pelt made a huge difference. The student nurse/doctor (I'm not sure of her exact role) held my hand throughout the test and kept reassuring me that everything would be okay. Another nurse kept checking on me, asking how I was doing, and telling me I was doing a great job. I also felt genuinely cared for by Dr. Van Pelt when I asked her to slow down or let me know before she pushed the saline, she listened and made sure I was comfortable. Overall, I'm very happy that I chose Bryan Health and Dr. Van Pelt. Everything turned out well, and I'm truly grateful for their care.
Five stars to the staff at Bryan East. From my start in the Emergency Department, through surgery and discharge I was treated with kindness and respect. The pain team worked hard to get my pain under control. Dr. Markman saw me every day and explained what was happening with my body and explained step by step what he would do to take care of it. The nurses gave me the time I needed, answered questions, saw me as an individual person. During a very difficult time I received the care I needed.
