This was a great experience. Everyone was so kind and patient. I liked the fact that Myia took the time to really get to know me and how to treat my issues. It was very comforting as I had been with my previous doctor for probably 30yrs. I also like the fact that they offer things for their patients to participate in like a Book club, Bingo and Crochet plus many other things. I'm really going to like it here. I thank my friend Pat for bringing it to my attention and they provide transportation, huge bonus

The Doctor we loved for 9 years moved to Omaha. She caught my prostate cancer at an early stage. Thanks to Mayo Clinic I am cured. After 2 appointments, at ArchWell we feel we have found an even better place for health care at my current age of 79. They have equipment and procedures appropriate for people over 60. One I had never seen before. When it came to blood analysis, there was one test, I had never seen before which justified a small change in my thyroid medication. They cancelled an appointment within a few weeks, as the effect of the change in medicine dose could not be verified for several months. We grew up in Lincoln and left Lincoln for 48 years for profession reasons. We returned to Lincoln 9 years ago to live at Eastmont. We are both scientists. I have a Ph.D. in BioChemistry from the U of Pennsylvania. I am stronger how than I was before we returned to Lincoln. I run in the halls. My wife's condition is more stabilized. ArchWell has as part of their membership, programs like Eastmont offers that improved our health that I have not seen at any other doctors office.

This place is wonderful, all staff are kind and patient, talk in words that are understandable, they explain the procedures thoroughly, they take their time with their patients, they don't rush you through the visit and they're all very smiley and sweet. They have lots of activities at this office including bingo and pizza parties, monthly birthday parties, they give you gift bags and water bottles and cookies and crackers. From the very beginning, the staff gets real personable with you and remember your name, when you walk through the front door they know who you are. So far they have taken wonderful care of me I love coming here.

The staff at Archwell are always professional people, great Customer Service skills. I absolutely love my Dr Maya she is always polite and friendly. She always makes sure all my questions are answered at the end of my appointment! Thank you

ArchWell has provided great care. I got help there that I did not get at a major medical center. They are very thorough.
