CHI Health Clinic Heart Institute (Hastings)

Went in for a medical procedure ordered by Dr. Douglas Kosmicki. Medical staff were amazing! Nurses explained everything before they started. "All" medical staff were well trained and skilled in there jobs! Tests were done quickly and accurately. Dr. Kosmicki is a highly skilled cardiologist, and his medical staff and team are among the best! Thank's to all of you! Ray & Vanessa

On 3/4/21 Dr. Kosmicki did a ECG 12 lead and he was okay although not personal and never examined me before. In other words he never touched me until I was put out. My complaint is about the lady that administered the anesthetic. I was completely unclothed on table and covered with a sheet. When she went to put the surgical clothes on me she grabbed the sheet and threw it aside and left me laying there stark naked. I have never had this happen to me before. And least of all Mary Lanning where I consider them as being the best care around. She took her time covering me up. I was so humiliated and still think abut it after one year. I will make sure if this happens again I will get her name but I am sure it is my file. I feel like the doctor should have said something to her. Needles to say I will be going to Bryan from now.
