CHI Health Clinic Heart Institute (Grand Island)

Just took my husband here. He said Dr. King is the best doctor he's seen. He felt listened to and he was so knowledgeable and thorough. We are so glad we went there for his high blood pressure needs.

The best cardiologists in Nebraska hands down! Super great team of docs, NP's, nurses, and support staff. Dr. Fruehling is amazing, he is so caring, kind, thoughtful, friendly, knowledgable and no big ego! He is one of the most respected and well known doctors in the tri-cities, in and out of the office! He always takes time to explain everything to me and he listens to my questions. He won't rush you and he genuinely cares about his patients. Very nice office, large and clean and comfortable. Parking is easily accessible and the office is centrally located just West of Hwy 281 and Faidley in Grand Island. NOTE: Always take your current med and suppliment list to EVERY visit.

We had a great experience with my husbands doctor Dr Ackerman, his PA Jeff and our nurse Nah! They were all so amazing and down to earth and we appreciated everyone of them! I would highly recommend the Nebraska Heart Hospital and these fine employees!

I like going here Dr. King is so nice he has helped me lots with my blood pressure issues and my congestive heart failure and swelling in my legs, I really like everyone at Nebraska heart, they are so kind and very helpful, the office ladies are very kind and very polite I will continue to go there, have a wonderful day

The doctors are excellent and take the time to patiently explain everything, ensuring patients fully understand their care. The nurses are also kind and welcoming. However, the front desk staff member Kelly was rude and unwelcoming. Front desk staff was talking among themselves, which can make patients feel unimportant. Coming in for health concerns can already be stressful, and the demeanor of the front desk staff sets the tone for the entire visit. I hope this issue can be addressed and improved.
