Very thorough and compassionate doctors and staff. I appreciate the professional exams and the clear explanation of what's going on with me. The results aren't always what you want to hear but they have done a wonderful job of treating my heart disease and allowing me to have a quality of life that I can enjoy. I am thankful for their care!

My father had multiple stays within this hospital due to complications with his heart. During his last visit he had a procedure done to alleviate fluid and gain information. After the procedure a doctor came in and attempted to perform the same procedure unaware that it had already been done because no record of the procedure was kept or was lost. During a terrifying time for my family we were left unable to trust the level of care he was receiving. I understand humans make mistakes and I hope others have a more positive experience.

Dr Kapalis was exceptionally gifted in communicating the pros & cons of choices for our Father's heart condition. After leaving the appointment my Dad said he felt better just listening to Dr Kapalis. It was worth the 200 mile round trip for his appointment. At 102 years old that was a huge compliment coming from him.
