Dr Terry Fortin is without a doubt the best doctor I have encountered. She literally saved my life. Doctors had written me off and given me up for dead and one of my doctors said I should see her. That was 10 years ago. My illness, pulmonary hypertension has no cure, but she has made life livable and even enjoyable. She would not give up nor would she allow me to give up. She is straight forward and to the point. She does not paint a pretty picture just a true one. Thank you Dr Fortin for caring and helping me navigate through this journey.

I began seeing Dr. Fortin in 2010 for a Primary Pulmonary Hypertension. Thank fully Dr. Fortin did not go by what previous doctors diagnosed me with and did her own tests. She figured out what I had but not what was causing it. It took six years but she would refer me to a different specialist at Duke for every new symptom I got. Dr. Terry did not give up on me. She finally referred me to a Geneticist at Duke and with the help of his friend at Harvard they finally diagnosed me correctly. I am so grateful for Dr. Terry for never giving up on me. She is a great doctor, she is caring and she is honest and to the point. If you're looking for a Pulmonogist I suggest you contact Dr. Terry for your needs.

Must have left her compassion and bedside manners at the front door. Don't make my mom out to be a liar, you disrespect my mom, you will not get very far. Rude and incompassionate is an understatement. #notimpressed

Excellent doctor and person, always a pleasure to see her; well as much of a pleasant experience visiting a hospital can be.
