Western Montana Clinic

I haven't gone here as a patient so I wont speak to their care. However, my doctor referred me here (im from Helena) back in August. She also referred me to a clinic in Great Falls. The Great Falls clinic called me two months ago to schedule a January appointment. I heard absolutely nothing from this clinic until today to schedule an appointment. Based on the Great Falls timeliness I. Guessing they would put me out until March? Maybe later? I dont mind waiting for an appointment, but a call sooner would have been nice than ignored and forgotten about for 2 months before deciding my business was worth their time.

Was charged an astronomical amnt for a 5 minute follow up after an insane hysterectomy. Multiple issues that never even resolved after two years, now. That 5 minute follow up that cost me nearly 300$ did nothing for my health, and the radical hysterectomy done to me by this clinic has truly ruined my life in every way. They just push ppl through the systems like robots here, and don't even stop to think for one second that we are human beings that they are affecting. Terrible culture, here, and terrrrrrible billing practices. Should be illegal. Robert humble was my surgeon, and then resigned a few months after my surgery. Biggest mistake of my entire life, putting my future in the hands of western mt clinic. :(

I was referred here for rheumatology approximately 3 months ago. After hearing nothing for a month and calling multiple times, I was finally informed they never received the referral. So I started all over again. During the entire process the referral coordinator only returned my call one time and that was only because a nurse pushed for it. The one time I was able to speak to her she was incredibly rude because I mentioned the process had not been going well and I was happy to be able to speak to her. Nonetheless I was relieved something was finally happening. Now here I am, being told I don't have the correct symptoms for rheumatoid arthritis and they will not see me. Except my referral was for LUPUS, not arthritis. So I guess I need to start all over with a referral to a clinic that is hopefully more competent than this one. Unfortunately I am in between doctors as mine has moved out of state. I have wasted 3 MONTHS and the way I have been treated by the referral coordinator is completely unacceptable.

I walked over from St. Pat's to get my blood drawn, and I wasn't looking forward to it because my vein disappears every time a needle gets near it. Truc, the phlebotomist, did a wonderful job! She was so fast and steady that it was over before a knew it, and the pain was as close to zero as one can get. What a relief!

Western Montana dermatology is a joke.... Was referred here said they were great then when I called to get a skin check as I had melanoma a few years back and I have 3 spots growing on my scar so I think it's back they said they could see me in Feb or march..... next year......
