The medical care that I have received: 5 stars The billing NIGHTMARE that has followed: 0 stars I'm being brought to collections because of an insurance issue that has taken too long for them to resolve. The insurance company and CPG will not communicate, leaving me in the middle of a nightmare that I owe $0 for. I have HOURS into trying to resolve this issue, many "account notes" and updated claim numbers, and "there's nothing we can do" to stop me from being brought to collections.
