With walk-in care 7-days week including holidays and two convenient Missoula locations. We are affiliated with Missoula's premiere health system, Community Medical Center & Community Children's. The medical care that I have received: 5 stars The billing NIGHTMARE that has followed: 0 stars I'm being brought to collections because of an insurance issue that has taken too long for them to resolve. The insurance company and CPG will not communicate, leaving me in the middle of a nightmare that I owe $0 for. I have HOURS into trying to resolve this issue, many "account notes" and updated claim numbers, and "there's nothing we can do" to stop me from being brought to collections.
Awful experience with every doctor I dealt with, their office staff is also on the ruder side. The doctor's were mostly nice, but clearly didn't actually care and gave very little effort. One of the doctor I was working with just kept asking if I was pregnant, she had me take 3 pregnancy test over 8months for the same symptoms, I had an IUD and the symptoms are not common pregnancy symptoms. A few nurses were nice, and the office manager was nice. My husband had similar issues with doctors and staff at every visit he had as well. We are both looking for other options.
Worst billing nightmare with this group. They didn't bill insurance correctly, so claim denied. I sent payment based on what my insurance says I owed. They took my money but never applied it to the bill. I've snail mailed proof of payment, no response but I keep getting full bills that I do not owe. Called and was told to email docs but emails are blocked. Soooo frustrating, will NEVER go here again!!!
They throw "policy" in your face. Then you show up 20 minutes early and the provider still doesn't show 30 MINUTES after the appointment time. Thanks Mikyong!
My husband, my father, and I have all been going to this facility over the past six years. Every physician we have encountered has been excellent. Everyone has been attentive, asked questions, and allowed us to talk about anything that was bothering us. The negative that I would have to say is that doctors keep coming and going. I believe it has something to do with management of the facility. It's too bad, because they are all good people there. From the physicians, to the nurses, to the lab, to reception. Every individual is top notch.
