If he wants to apologize about the situation, he can call me, email me. *Waited 6 months to see him, scheduled on June 17th for a December 19th appointment , which was the first availability in his schedule. 27 hours before the appointment I received a reminder call for my appointment. With 24 hours before the appointment, his receptionist called to reschedule the appointment, he had a video conference to attend. She said he could see me in 6 weeks. I lost all respect and cannot work with him at this point. I'm being seen for a heart issue, not a used car issue. I can understand scheduling conflicts, but after waiting 6 months to see him, and then realize there's a conflict, unacceptable.
