Credit be to god... But the staff at Kalispell Logan saved my daughter's life! Both the ER & ICU staff are truly wonderful. The triage nurse, the front desk lady... the nurses, imaging techs, respiratory tech & doctors were all SOO helpful & did an amazing job! My daughter wouldn't be alive if it weren't for the quick, thorough care she received! I am appreciative, grateful & indebted to the staff that cared for her. Thank you!
Honestly, they would have gotten a much higher review if the left me alone. I scheduled surgery yesterday and since then, I've received about 10 different phone calls with different departments asking the same questions and 8 different text messages, the most recent being a survey that I hung up on at 7pm at night. I've never worked with such a disorganized hospital. If someone gives you the information, and you can see that, talk to the other departments that have already called. Also, the nurses need to be trained better, as I was told one thing by a doctor, then told by a nurse that hung up on me that the doctor was wrong, then I scheduled what the doctor said the next day. I guarantee no patient wants to be harassed by a hospital
Front desk ladies are nasty mean lots of gossip, nurses will ignore you to get out of work no matter how nice you try to be. pressed my called light for an emergency after major surgery and waited 2 hours before anyone showed up
Most incompetent billing department we have ever encountered. We no longer go to routine medical appointments because they can't even get an annual physical billed correctly. It's a shame because the doctors and facilities have been good. Billing is awful. I'll drive to Missoula like so many other people in the Valley do in order to avoid Logan Health.
Possibly the worst experience ever. Horrible trying to get appointments. This place has me nearly crippled? 4 weeks for MRI and 3 more weeks to see a Dr to give results? Fractured discs are no joke and ER dr should have taken MRI and ran labs a month ago! 1000% impossible to have anyone verify your insurance. I'm not going to stop until things change here! It's unacceptable that no one is accountable! Still waiting to hear from anyone in reference to benefits breakdown? Hoping Jaren my patient advocate can help!
