Dr. Mitchell and his nurse Tricia are a top shelf team. I messaged a concern to the office through the patient portal, and she called me immediately. We spoke at length about a complicated situation and while Dr. Mitchell was away at the time, she promised to follow up as soon as possible. Not only did she respond, but she also found a spot in Dr. Mitchell's busy schedule to work my husband in. FINALLY... a doctor who will listen to the caregiver too.
