I went to their Cafeteria this morning and usually their friendly but this morning the lady that helped me check out was rude and told me to use the other check out area. I explained that I don't have any money in my checking account and to pay cash for 2 whole milks and a bottle of water. After paying for my items I went to sit for a few and the sitting area was dirty. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A HOSPITAL CAFETERIA!

This was an awful place and awful experience and these people have no sympathy or no willingness to rectify their mistakes. My wife and me went here 2024 around August. She had horrible side pains that had her nearly screaming lots of times crying when they flared (she had a flare up at least once a minute) so they put us in line in the waiting room. They do not care about necessity of treatment and pain the patients expressed. I dont know if thats common to ignore the ones screaming for about an hour and half but ok. Then wr get checked by the nurse and doctor. We are asked the issue and we describe. He then asks if she is pregnant. We KNEW for a fact that she wasnt. He then proceeded to check his other concerns for her. I dont regret him checking for kidney stones since that is incredibly bad and the x-ray to check. However he did not get our consent for the pregnancy check that costed about 300 dollars. We had an expensive x-ray that our insurance covered mostly. We would have only needed to pay a few hundred out of pocket. HOWEVER WE DIDNT EXPECT TO PAY NEARLY DOUBLE FOR AN UNCONSENTED PREGNANCY TEST. really appreciate you guys not being concerned for our money... really great job

We went in to the ER for our 4 month old and there was a girl violently puking in the waiting room that they were not helping. On top of that there was a guy who was on drugs who had a knife in his pocket and kept scooting closer to us and our baby. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Stay away from that ER at all costs. They were not taking any precautions to keep anyone healthy or safe. We ended up leaving without even getting him checked out.

the nursing staff in the icu were crass and lacking any compassion. the overnight on call doctors were rarely seen and had no ability to do or administer anything to relieve my husbands issues. the first thing they said when i did not agree with his care was that they would call security. this hospital should be shut down they have been heavily sedating my husband with a messed up elbow and keeping him on a ventilator for no reason appallingly crass

Brought my son in, and they had to draw is blood. Some phlebotomist guy name Christian came in, he was very rude and rough with my son. It was almost like he did not want to be there and he was letting it be known. If you get a Phlebotomist named Christian, just save yourself the stress and request a different person.
