Wow.....called to make an appointment for my Mom. Couldn't talk to someone so left a message & did get a call back.They said they would call with an appointment for this coming year when we left her last appointment & I said I didn't hear anything yet. Was told well you saw the doctor in 2025 in March....I made a mistake and said I don't think so. Was told yes she did with attitude. I apologized,but still attitude. My Mom was in the hospital last month and every one is so miserable and rude at this place . Never see anything like it.

Whoever was working as the phone operator on 12/2/23 couldn't be bothered to transfer me over to cardiology or the on call cardiologist. They were unapologetically useless, and their supervisors should be aware of their incompetence.
