Becky Kotchner is so attentive & caring. AP from ambulatory pharmacists & Kat from the Broadwater clinic are working with her to try to make me feel better. All have told me to contact them with any concerns or questions. It's not been a fun ride, but they're all trying to make it easier.
Very impressed! Everyone is very kind and takes the time to answer all your questions. They don't make you feel hurried. Dr. Anzalone took me out to talk with Kristi his nurse and he told her word for word what we had talked about. I was in awe that he remembered everything.
I don't ever feel rushed, they take as much time with me as needed. I also love how they consult with others in their group, & even out of state help if they need it.

The office was a little difficult to find but staff was very kind even when asking for directions. Very professional staff. The doctor asked me more than once if I had any questions. I felt that his focus was on my medical issue and making certain I understood the information.
