University Health Cardiology Clinic

I've been trying to make an appointment for over a week here and have called 10 times and left 3 voicemails. Every time I call it says no one is able to pick up the phone and makes me leave a voicemail. Yet I still haven't received a call back. It shouldn't be impossible to get ahold of someone and schedule an appointment when I'm having heart issues. The very first time I called, they answered and had my doctor send my referral over, then after that they never answered any of my calls or called me back.

I'm mainly leaving a GOOD 5 star Review because of Justin Swartz, APRN. He has been nothing but kind, understanding, professional , and overall helpful, and flexible on explaining things in ways i understand; and keeping a great eye on my ILR!

Be ready for a hassle if you have to work with Kayla from the front desk. She is way to rude to be helping people with heart issues. They lost my referral after calling me to set up the appointment and then Kayla blamed it on me and was unwilling to help at all. Luckily another person took charge and is working with my health clinic on the referral. I still don't understand how I come to an appointment that they scheduled to find out the canceled it. Didn't receive a call letting me know this is a heart clinic should not have someone so rude upsetting patients. I was finally seen and the nurses and doctor was great. So was the lady up front that went above and beyond. I felt heard and understood by them.

My first initial appointment was great all the staff and doctors were very nice polite and professional., Upon taking my stress test everyone was nice polite and professional when it came to getting my test results back should have been in two days approximately three weeks later I still do not have my test results I've called several times and left several I even called guest services to file a complained all of this is straight b*******I will be contacting the board of health

I've had a good experience with the staff here. Professional, understanding and to the point.
