I had a decent visit at the Chesterfield location, they let me switch to the Saint Peter's location for convenience. There is one week I can't be seen twice because my schedule and they won't let me be seen at the chesterfield location to make up for it which is a weird rule in my opinion. I was pleased with my physical therapist and I hope I can continue to do these therapies, but if you don't offer flexibility for your patients to be seen wherever they need to be seen to fit their schedule are we really helping here? Not the mention the lady working the front desk was extremely rude. Was taking personal phone calls at her desk, and when I went to schedule my October appointments (they told me to always schedule a week when I get seen to constantly be booked out) she acted as if having to work was an inconvenience to her. I really hope she's not the receptionist and just had to fill in today because if she is always that rude I literally won't deal with being treated that way.

As a retired R.N., I was impressed with the level of care & expertise I received at this particular satellite facility. Caroline, the physical therapist, is extremely knowledgeable; listens to your concerns & follows through with exercises & suggestions to help further your progress. Timmie, the pleasant front desk coordinator, handles any questions about insurance, scheduling, etc., with efficiency & a ready smile. I have been to other PT facilities & this, by far, is the best. If I should require any PT in the future, I will definitely return here.

Caroline is great! I needed physical therapy postpartum, and she was so helpful and knowledgable, as well as kind and compassionate. I highly recommend this facility!

I'm highly disappointed with this location went in for a steroid injection on my labrum acetabular (area near tail bone), on May 26 given by the radiologist Dr. Brown. Two weeks after the injection I called, the appointment line trying to see how I can make a complaint because the injections still hadn't taken into effect. I can't dare drive long because it hurts to sit and I walk with a limp! The customer service rep told me she didn't know who to direct my complaint. It is a month later and I am still in excruciating pain! The day I went in for the injection, the radiologist tech assisting Dr. Brown for one had the fluoroscope the wrong direction. He commented on it, because it wasn't his normal direction. She actually told Dr. Brown she did not feel like turning the fluoroscope around another, it was to heavy. That made me uneasy. Then while the medications were getting drawn up in the syringes, they were both going back-and-forth which medication was which?? If it was right or not. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing being in the medical field myself there are techniques to everything. I've literally been in pain since May 26, when I went in for the injection. I firmly do not believe I receive the steroid injection itself. Only thing I received was lidocaine to numb the needle going in the area. This was a waste of my time, insurance and co-pay, and I made BCBS aware of this incident.
