My wife is a patient here. We feel she is getting top notch care! The nurses are the best. They make sure she has everything she needs all the time. My family appreciates the nurses., The nurse techs. And drs more than they know.

Patient

I wish I read the reviews before I came here. When I walked in there were only two people ahead of my 14 month baby who was suffering with tummy pain and diarrhea. I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes just to watch four people who came in after us and Enter before us. WhenI asked, why am I still sitting in the waiting area, I was told nurses assess each person's condition.when everyone who walked in after us was walking perfectly fine and breathing. I was then put inside after asking three times how long. I waited another 45 minutes and still nothing as my son continued to get more fussy and cry. I then asked a nurse what is his place in Line? The nurse responded he has no provider just yet meaning he's not even on the waiting list yet until a doctor accepts ! Just wonderful to hours wasted not one nurse came to ask if he's okay when he cried very upsetting thanks for nothing

Patient

The Dr. (Villimana) who did my brain surgery left the practice and I have spent an hour on the phone trying to make a follow-up appointment with whoever is taking his patients. No one at any location knows what to do or how to schedule an appointment for me so I gave up and canceled my MRI follow-up. I have never seen such incompetence in a medical system as I did today. I'm usually checked yearly since my benign brain tumor was removed but I give up. Total and complete incompetence at every level!!!!

Patient

I brought my partner here after he had 3 seizures back to back. While in triage he began to have another seizure and the nurses and staff did nothing to help him. They than put us in the waiting room where he had another seizure before finally moving us to a room. Once in the room we were left for 6 hours, in that time we saw 1 nurse and 1 doctor who did virtually nothing and the only other staff interactions we had were other nurses coming in to take medical equipment out of our room. At one point they took his heart monitor (that they at no point had actually hooked him up too.) and left him crooked on his bed in the center of the room. The staff was careless, rude, unhelpful, and quite honestly the worst er trip we've ever had. If you care about your loved one and want them to receive quality care, GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
