About Dr. Thomas "Ben" Morrison, MD

Historically, doctors have done a lot of telling their patients what to do and I think it's still our job to give them the best information, but I think more and more these days you hear things like shared decision making and involving patients and I think that's really something I strive to do as best that I can.

I had an appointment December 16th at 230 pm. I arrived at 210 pm. They has me in the exam room within 5 minutes. There I sat until 250 pm when I decided enough was enough. I could hear every person's diagnosis on either side of me , through the walls, clear as if I was in their room. This tells me they are obviously excessively overbooked. So their main goal is to get as Manny appointments as possible, to the point patients are waiting extended amounts of time ( obviously stressing out the entire time ) waiting to see a Dr. And I was told ahead of time I would only get to see a nurse practitioner. So to me they do not have your wellbeing in mind. Only their bottom line. Id skip this place and keep looking. It can't be hard to find better. You deserve better, regardless if others have gold insurance coverage compared to yours. That's exactly how they made me feel. Oh, and they called me 10 minutes after I left. So the entire time would have bee. I excess of 45 minutes sitting. No thanks. You can do better. You deserve better. When they called they didn't even care why I left. Only wanted to know if I had left. Then they said " ok thank you " and hung up. Do yourself the favor of finding a better doctor. It can't be difficult since the bar is so low at this office. Terrible

Nice guy but never called me back about my results. I called their office and the nurse said the doctor would call when they get a chance. A year later and I still never heard back. Now I am trying to see another cardiologist because after being pushed under the rug my primary care said that my heart issues need to definitely be addressed. This is very concerning that something could be wrong with my heart and Dr. Morrison totally disregarded me.
