A nurse here called my prescription in wrong to the pharmacy. I had my paperwork, and my pharmacist and I tried to politely inform the office of the mistake. They would only look at the nurse's notes, not the doctor's. I wound up hospitalized. The nurse later added notes to my chart to make it look as though she caught the mistake.
I'm not sure what happened after that, but I was then accused of insulting his staff. This never happened. I asked for that nurse not be allowed to access my case any further; she accused me of name calling. I'm a real person and not a Reddit post, I didn't do that. But Sudhir Jain dropped me as a patient based off her version of events, without looking at the facts. He put this in my chart too, insuring I would look insane to any Washington U cardiologist who saw me after.
I was misgendered every time I entered this place. I didn't bring it up, as I was more concerned about my heart failure. Katherine went back and added additional chart notes to make it look as though she had been aware of my gender identity and honored it. She wasn't and she didn't. I don't care that she didn't; I care deeply about all the false records in my chart.
I don't know how to share my experience without sounding insane. Clearly many others have had better experiences. But these are not ethical people, and there is no oversight.

I have been going to Dr.Jain since 2014. He is amazing at taking time to explain things to me. I always leave his office feel good and hopeful. He's just great, and his staff are fantastic also.

I went to him after my now old cardiologist with Mercy told me things that was not true and had me freaked out. Dr Jain is an amazing doctor who showed me images and even made a drawing and explained everything to me until I understood. I highly recommend him. Very professional and doesn't rush you out the door.

If you want a cardiologist that'll lie to you and rush you out the door, this is the one. My dad's my chart said that he's been smoking and "continuing to smoke".. my dad never smoked a day in his life!! After doing an artery catheterization and it taking 5-10 minutes to check his veins total time sending him out with good news, saying his vein is only clogged 25 percent instead of 50. We were very surprised but I had an odd feeling that something is up because of how quick he got out but I ignored the bad feeling I had cause it was good news. Today his my chart came in and it said he takes sublingual nitroglycerin once a month which is a very strong pill that you take when having a stroke, severe clogging, Got the wrong interpreter listed on the chart & said he is a smoker. Which is all wrong. He told us complete different story when at the hospital. Not sure how this is possible but you guys should be very careful when going to this guy. You cannot play with somebody's life when it's in your hands. Least you can do is be truthful with the patient. Looking for an actual doctor.
