About Dr. Robert Armbruster, MD, FSCAI
Robert Armbruster, MD, FSCAI is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, nuclear cardiology, and echocardiography in St. Louis. A St. Louis native, Dr. Armbruster graduated summa cum laude from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. He went on to earn his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine and also completed his fellowships in both cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology there. With his extensive training and experience, Dr. Armbruster focuses on the diagnosis and management of coronary and peripheral disease, as well as helping his patients manage the many risk factors such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.

Dr Armbruster has been treating my family for many years. My dad, then my mom, and when I started having heart issue, it was obviously I would also see him. Now my in-laws have started seeing him. He and his staff are amazing. He always listens to our concerns and puts us at ease. Nick, the nurse practicianer is also super amazing. I highly recommend Dr Armbruster to anyone needing a cardiologist.

He put me on the wrong medication told me to take for a week and to get blood work. I did both. He received results and didn't call me. Put me in Kidney failure and was rushed to Hospital with Drs waiting for me!! Living now with 50% of Kidney. Also have Cad, CHF. He is bad.
