Could never thank Dr. E enough. I didn't think that my 6lb10oz ,11 day old son would make it through and out of the TAPVR surgery. Almost 10 months later, I still remember our conversation just an hour before I handed over my son to him for the 10 hour long surgery.
Me: Have you ever done such a surgery before?
Dr.E: (very calmly ) Yesterday.
Me: (looking at him intently, searching for that glimpse of hope in his eyes) oh yeah, was it successful?

My heart instantly knew my son was in safe hands. And he was.
