My wife went here on the order of a new doctor within the mercy network to get a heart monitor, unfortunately she waited two hours for a simple pick up of a heart monitor device because the staff did not take the time to understand what her appointment was for, furthermore and more importantly my wife was misinformed on what the device would cost and how much insurance would cover. There's always some variability in an estimate but if the quoted price is 20% of what Mercy ends up charging you, that's exploitative. After a dispute, Mercy has pretty much said tough cookies and it doesn't matter that their staff is foolish and incompetent and we owe them more than they quoted us. Don't trust them, they do not have your health in mind.
