Mercy Diagnostic Cardiology Services - Old Tesson Suite 260

Horrible place! Told to arrive at 6:30 for 7 am appt. Doors were not open till 6:30! Upon arriving, they called a name other than mine decisions who's patient I was. Then I was told I had this procedure 2 months ago and why I was doing it again! Upon entering the room, the tech had to take a call from her daughter first to be sure the child was taken to school. Mercy has lots of issues, and this goes to show why! Work is not work now it's a private life being brought to work and handled on work time. This is acceptable to all employers anymore, but 10 years ago, you would not even think about doing work time. This is what's wrong with Mercy!!!

Coming here to warn people before scheduling services at this location. All my other providers are in this building which is covered by my insurance, except them apparently. Now I'm out $6000 for an echo, and was NOT warned or anything with the scheduling office or check in staff that it was not covered by insurance. Just awful.

I am very disappointed with this location regarding follow up results with a test that I had. Clearly they do not care about their patients health. I had a test done two weeks ago and as of today, still waiting for a call back with results. Staff in the office were not pleasant to deal with while in the office. They were extremely pushy and rude. I understand with Covid business ate experiencing higher work loads and things are taking longer than normal but a phone call explaining that we are sorry for the delay would be nice. I contacted my doctors office for help and they are also questioning why I am still waiting for my results. I will be looking for a new place to have test run. I do not recommend this location unless you are willing to wait for your results.

Such nice people. Fast, efficient, and friendly with great bedside manner.

Everyone seems helpful but this isn't covered by Insurance at all, is needlessly expensive, and I'm not completely sure I need it at all.
