I fell in love with cardiology because it is so broad. It has the preventative aspect, but then you can also treat disease. Specifically with cardiology you see some people that are having a heart attack and are actively dying and you can fix that and 20-30 minutes later they can be up, feeling normal, and go home in a day or two, which is amazing.

He referred me to see Dr. Handa to get an actual diagnosis for my stroke because the Neurologist referred me to see the Cardiologist then the Cardiologist had me see an Electrophysiologist very good team of Doctors and Nurses.
Waited 4 months for an appointment, was 15 mins late due to unexpected traffic this morning. Was told I would need to reschedule, never was late before this appointment. Last visit I sat in the waiting room for more than 30 mins after arriving this doctors office needs an overhaul. Completely unprofessional in understanding that folks can run into traffic that is out of their control.
Dr. Allen saved my life more than once. I can't thank him enough for that. He is an amazing Dr. Very professional and truly cares about his patients.
I have to say that scheduling an appointment a month ago for April 1st and being called today that he will now not be in the office that day and to push my appointment out 2 more weeks is not good practice.
