Was referred here by Cox. Made the appointment through text. No instructions given. No confirmation email. Intake forms were sent via text. Completed the forms. No information given beyond "Thank you for using Children's Mercy." Googled Children's Mercy Cardiology and got sent to Children's Mercy hospital cardiology and cardiac testing. After wasting my time all morning with several conversations I was told there is Children's Mercy clinic and I was supposed to be there. But...appointment missed and needs to be rescheduled. I missed time off work and my son missed school due to poor communication on their part. Beware of scheduling issues and bad communication with Mercy. We will not reschedule. Cox or somewhere else, but not Mercy.
