The receptionist named Michael needs to be more discreet when he is making disparaging comments and showing the other receptionist memes about political parties he is not fond of. Not everyone that sits in the lobby may be aligned with his narrow minded beliefs! I would hate for his personal beliefs to become associated with the KU system who has a reputation for being caring and inclusive.

I had a horrible experience at one of the Liberty cardiology clinics under kumc with a medical assistant. The experience was humiliating and physically uncomfortable. The review of my complaint is being taken very seriously which is all I can ask for. Enabling the type of behavior perpetuates further violations to someone else's health and safety. If you are reading this, always speak up. You might be young and have thick skin but the next patient might not be. I did not meet with the doctor during my visit but I'm told he is a great doctor. I left after multiple issue with the MA, who was purposely and unnecessarily making the visit more than just difficult. I am leaving 5 stars regardless because this serious matter is being handled with the diligence and seriousness it deserves.
