My experience with Dr. Kancherla was unfortunate. He did not isten to my concerns during my appointments and I left his office with the concerns that I came into his office with. During two separate appointments he recommended blood pressure meds although I did not have high blood pressure. He offered no explanation as to why I would need the meds when he claims all of his findings were normal.
After waiting on hold for 11 minutes to schedule a stress test (N) answered and said "I don't have the order you need to call your doctor back". Here is an odd coincidence; a similar thing happened to a friend of mine. They couldn't find the order. How weird is that? I had confirmed with my pcp the order was faxed because of what happened to my friend. POOR communication, very poor service; not recommended when there are SO MANY other options.
