Can't get a callback off of the website or from any of the three numbers. I have been told by two of your cardiologists to schedule a consult appointment with Dr Fendler or Dr Khumri for CCM placement but no one will call me back. Am I not important or are you so busy you don't want/need to help a patient. Should I check out KU?

Horrible experience at this office well the front desk anyway. There was a younger lady who checked my mom in i parked the car and let my mom go in because we were running a few minutes late. Upon coming in my mom's appointment was at 2:00pm she got there at 2:01 the younger black lady who checked her in was very rude very short and told my mom to get to her appointment on time next time and she couldn't walk out the line to use the bathroom because she was already late. Upon my mom paying her co payment the young lady snatched my debit card and told my mom ok have a seat and she might get seen or she might not. I then asked for a manager and she told me she wasn't there and begin to continue her conversation on her cell phone. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE my mom has horrible anxiety and was thrown off for the rest of the day. I will never bring her back to this office. I wish i would have gotten her name that checked us in just could only see it started with a N and she was the first desk when you walk in Horrible patient service.

I was 5 minutes late for my appt. I called 3x starting 10 minutes prior to my appt time to tell them that I might be a couple minutes late. Each time I called I was transferred to a voicemail even though I specifically asked for a person so that I could explain my situation and ask them to hold my spot. The last time I called, I was put on hold for 5 minutes. By the time someone came on the line I was entering the office. At that point I was told I missed my appt and Dr Good was refusing to see me. I explained my situation- that I couldn't find the entrance to the building that I needed due to the construction and had called 3x to give them appropriate notification. It didn't matter what I said.... I was told I would have to reschedule. I had waited a full month to get this appt to begin with. Given that I have been having anxiety attacks, borderline high blood pressure, and an irregular heartbeat frequently on a daily basis, I don't feel that this is appropriate service for a health professional who is supposed to care about my life. I might add that the first 2 office staff members that I spoke with were rude and dismissive. When I finally told one of them that I wasn't leaving the office until Dr Good came out and spoke with me, they had a 3rd person come out who I assume was an office manager. She was professional and helpful, but told me there was nothing she could do bc Dr Good was refusing to see me. I will not be setting up any appts with Dr Good as his behavior thus far does not make me feel I can trust him to give me the caring time I need for my health issues.
