Very professional, very thorough, very knowledgeable, very personable. I had a very information-laden appointment. I think all of my questions that I had anticipated were answered before I asked. I was called in very close to the appointment time, was given a thorough evaluation, and had a decision before I left. Excellent and professional service.

Dr G is a very competent doctor with a great bedside manner and I will continue to be his patient. I had a 1:15 appointment. By the time the couple in line ahead of me so I was 3 minutes late by then. I have a fractured foot so getting where I need to be is an issue. However, I was called back within 10 minutes. That's normal. The tech asked many questions and did EKG. She was kind careful to allow for my dignity. By then it was nearly 1:45. Dr G assistant came in and frankly I could not understand what he said. I was sitting in a recliner and fell asleep. About 3:10 Dr G came in and I woke up. My son had to borrow my car to get to work last week so I told him I would call by 2:30 if he needed to find another way to work. He did that but was over 30 minutes late. I had not called since I fell asleep for 1 hour in that chair. Its uncommon in my experience with this office for me to spend more than an hour there. I don't know why there was such a deviation from the norm.. I hope it was resolved. People are never told of an issue. But I gave 4 stars that would be 5 if not for that appointment delay. Staff wasn't apologetic either. But they were cordial and seemed busy and stressed.
