Dr.Pothineni is a very great doctor, he done a cardio ablation on me and done a great job! But on my office visit I did not get to see him, and talk to him! The person I saw had to keep going to him to get the answers to my questions! Not very happy about that!
Dr.Pothineni was professional, not arrogant, answered all our questions about my valve problems & short of breath I was having for past 2 yrs. since my pace maker was installed. Nov.5 He even drew us a diagram explaining what had gone wrong & gave us a plan how he'd extract. the lead causing the valve to malfunction & his nurse Anne found an appointment for surgery in Dec.. Dr.Pothineni appeared to care about solving my shortness of breath.
This was my first visit for consultation. The wait was minimal. Everyone was very nice and professional. Dr. Pothineni listened to me and explained everything that would happen with my procedure. He made me very comfortable with my decision to see him.
My husband had an ablation of his heart. We felt like he was very well cared for, staff was welcoming and friendly, Dr. Pothineni was excellent in the ablation and very professional speaking with us afterwards. We have only good things to say about hospital, staff and Dr.
Complicated problem. Thoughtful staff and doctor. Dr P. Weighed all the options, spent adequate time with my wife who is the patient and answered all our questions. Follow-up visit in 6 mo. By the way were able to set up an urgent visit in a few days.
