Midwest Heart and Vascular Specialists - Independence

I was greeted upon arrival, promptly checked in, and waited maybe 5 mins before being called for my appt with Christina Turner. My info was verified & vitals taken, before Christina arrived less than 10 mins after. Christina is very welcoming, knowledgeable & understanding - making it very comfortable to discuss my situation. She is a great asset to Dr. Dickson's patients as well as the Midwest Heart & Vascular team! Everyone I interacted with on this visit, from check in to check out, were all very kind and efficient in handling my needs. Total visit took only an hour.

As a patient of Midwest Heart and Vascular Specialists, I am very happy with my experience there. The Staff is absolutely excellent in every way. They put their patients first. Hospital central scheduling did not explain all the details about scheduling and what needed to be accomplished. The office staff went out of their way to make things right and enable us to see the doctor. The doctor took his time explaining to us his plan and made sure the 90 year old patient understood what was happening and what to expect. The office staff takes patient care as a priority. I was very pleased with the service.

Genuinely, every person I interacted with during my appointment was extremely nice and helpful. The nurse was wonderful, I'm very pleased with my new doctor, the doctor's nurse and the heart monitor nurse were amazing. Even the receptionist during check-in and checkout were extra friendly and super helpful. I would absolutely recommend this clinic for anyone looking for care.

The professionalism at the desk was phenomenaly good customer service. I went to see Dr Koerber and let me tell you this man is the most professional and respectful doctor I've ever met. They must have broke the mold after him. Also while I was waiting for Dr Koerber in the exam room they have these monitors that are touchscreen and you can feed your brain all kinds of knowledge about whatever you're there for it really made the wait fly by and I also got to fill my head full of knowledge at the same time.
