I gave one star because from the first time calling the receptionist was very rude. I was calling about my son appointment to see what day it was, he was born this year. Instead of informing oh you called the wrong location let me direct you. She was very rude and responded why would he be at this one? I just wanted to know if I was going to mercy hospital or Childrens. I work in a hospital too I know she could have searched for where I was supposed to go instead of responding to me the way she did. I will be going further with this complaint because the way they answer the phone and talked to ppl is disrespectful.
