Patient Reviews

Patient

I am very much disappointed and dissatisfied with lack of communication between this doctor and patient. After the test results comes there will be no message in portal and if we call 5 times minimum they will call back and at least we need to wait 3 weeks to get proper message from their staff. Dr Sarah lord never gives enough time to listen to patients and she looks like always in a hurry. Not diagnosing conditions early and too much of waiting like almost 1.5 to 2 hours waiting on so many days.

This is the first negative review I've given but I feel so strongly about it. 17 days ago I asked for help. Doc said to get bloodwork but gave no direction as to where/when to go. Eight days later was able to fulfill request. Results were in immediately. ABNORMAL!!! Called in, messaged in... no help. Took myself to Urgent Care. 30 min later, walked out with Rx. Still waiting for Dr Lord to respond to my request for help. Crickets. Ended up going to Urgent Care...30 minutes later,

Patient beware! She does not care, she is a corporate doctor. I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt after she would not treat me during Covid for a simple sinus infection, so it turned into bronchitis which ended in pneumonia. I had to use my work Teladoc to finally get a Z-Pak which made me feel better within a day and a half. Fast-forward to 2025 I called Thursday morning due to having allergy and sinus irritation from a neighbor burning leaves. I never got a call back I called Thursday afternoon asked to be to get a Z-Pak because I could tell my sinuses were getting infected. I never got a call back. After feeling worse Friday morning I called again. She is out but I was told I could get an appointment with the nurse practitioner next Wednesday. Horrible practice, please find a different doctor.

Dr. Lord is excellent. She listens, makes time to fully understand how you feel and make an accurate diagnosis even if that includes referral to a specialist. I've only had good experiences with her, her PAs, and her office over the last 6 years. I hope others do as well.

Dr. Sarah Lord had to fill in for my doctor and she treated me as if I was one of her regular patients. She is very attentive and real concern for her patients..something you don't see in most doctors anymore. I highly recommend her. Also the staff is very nice. Thank you Dr. Lord for your excellent service!!!
