Jonas Cooper, MD, is a board-certified cardiac electrophysiologist with extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmias (irregular heartbeats). His electrophysiology expertise includes surgical placement and management of pacemakers, defibrillators and cardiac resynchronization devices, as well as minimally-invasive ablation of cardiac arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) and extra heart beats (PVCs).

My husband received exceptional care from Dr. Coopr for his ablation/Watchman procedures. From start to finish, Dr. Cooper was thorough, compassionate, and incredibly skilled. Dr. Cooper is such wonderful doctor! I tend to be somewhat medically complex, and where other doctors have shamed me because they could not figure out the best course of treatment given my many medical condition, Dr. Cooper has always made a point to tell me that it is not my fault when flares up occur. Dr. Cooper is very, empathetic, and really takes time to listen and take note of all my concerns. Additionally all of Dr. Cooper's staff are so warm and welcoming as well. I highly recommend Dr. Cooper if anyone is looking to establish care with a new EP.
Dr cooper is one of the best electrophysiology doctors I have ever had. He went above and beyond with my care. He made sure I knew all the details of my procedure before my surgery and after my surgery. Unfortunately I was diagnosed with afib in 2015. Dr cooper please come back to Butler Pa we need a good doctor again.
Dr Cooper is THE BEST. I would give him 10 stars for his caring manner and high degree of skills. The implant surgery he did for me was 100% perfect.
