I absolutely LOVE this hospital. Have been there for multiple things, but the experience I will never forget is how well Paula took care of me during my sleep study. :)

Writing this in the waiting room.. Been here for over 4 hours and have yet to see a doctor. This is pathetic. Edit: I was told to go to another triage room so I can get an X-ray done. The bed they had me sit on was not changed. The sheet was noticeably dirty. Not only that, I FINALLY get called back after sitting over 4 hours and 40 mins to a room that was somewhat clean but the bathroom still had someone else's piss pan still in the toilet. SOME staff here and the other hospital in Cape Girardeau are lazy and careless. I did have a sweet nurse and the woman who took me back to get my CT scan was great.

Labor and Delivery nurse sherry is absolutely AMAZING! One of the nicest nurses I have been around in that building. You can tell she has passion for what she does and genuinely cares about her patients even if you just met her. She's absolutely wonderful!

I only had the same therapist 2 times. I was scheduled with different therapists each time. Felt like I was just passed around and no one cared about my progress. The therapists spend more time talking to each other, rather than paying attention to customers. While I was doing therapy, 2 therapists sat and talked about a wedding they were planning. At one point I was in the pool for therapy. There were 3 customers and 3 therapist. The 3 therapists sat together and talked entire time people were in pool. My therapist only talked to me one time I was in pool. All of the customers could have drowned and the therapist wouldn't have known. The therapists should be in 3 locations at the pool. That way, they couldn't chat with other therapist and can pay attention to customers. Very unprofessional therapists.
