Dr J is hands down the best primary care physician in the Cape Girardeau area. I have a rare neuromuscular disease and several other issues that requires me to have the best doctors available. EVERY one of my doctors told me that I needed to have Dr J as my primary, including my primary at the time that was going to work for the VA. He spends as much time as needed with me, sometimes reaching into hours just to make sure that everything is covered. As an Internist, he considers how everything interacts before he recommends any kind of treatment.
