We were seen almost immediately. He helped me make sense of a diagnosis of congestive heart failure. & eased my mind. After checking my meds, he allowed me to quit taking one of them. I'm impressed. NP Jennifer Parris quickly assessed the situation with my heart that needed to be addressed before I can have surgery. I only had to wait a couple of weeks to get an appointment which was wonderful. I got a call and they didn't say to call back. It I did. She refused me an apt until she calls because then they could verify my referral. She was rude from the get go. I told her they already call twice but I'll wait for another call. Waited a week and no call. Called and let a message and no return call. It's been three weeks. Now is this what you need to deal with when waiting for a heart monitor? I think the whole place has me all stressed out just trying to get in. I'm gonna have to talk to my Dr about not referring people there. Either they're too busy to be bothered or don't care.

I saw Dr Liston's nurse practitioner Jennifer Parris, and was quite happy with my visit. She listened to my concerns and was very helpful and informative with my treatment plan. I would not hesitate to see her again.

I love this office especially Dr Holkins he is a wonderful doctor so caring and encouraging to do what I need to be doing. Also due to insurance changing I will no longer be able to go to him or this office I feel absolutely awful about this. Will miss the whole office ataff
