Dr. Neill is the only reason you need to find any other vascular clinic than the one at NMMC. In my opinion, he is the worst doctor. I know he is the last person I would rely on. It was his decisions that led to my father's unnecessary hardships, which is expected to die at any time. Go elsewhere.
