I can't say what kind of doctor he is because, I spent my appointment time waiting. I arrived at 2:25 for a 3:00 appointment. I was taken back around 3:40. I had a nice conversation with his nurse while she checked my vitals and did an EKG. Afterwards she said Dr. Sneed would be in. At 4:30 I was still sitting in a room with no doctor. I decided to leave,because at that point it's disrespectful to think I have nothing else to do with the rest of my day. There is no doctor worth waiting for until the office close. I left angry and wasted money just to sit in a room that was cold and as a new patient no doctor.
