The complete experience at Jackson Heart in Ridgeland is top-notch! From the moment I checked in, I was met with warm smiles and professional courtesy from the front desk staff. Dr. Bennett, Dr. Ma, and the ladies conducting the tests were all exceptionally professional and focused on the patient right in front of them (me). I also want to give special recognition to Angie and Taryn in the office. Their dedication to patient service and their genuine concern are truly commendable. I don't recall the name of the lady who checked me out on 10/08/2025, but her friendly presence and bright smile lit up the office and made the checkout process a pleasure. Healthcare facilities across the Metro could learn a lot from this amazing team. Thank you all for what you do!

I've had two appointments at present. Both times I arrived early traveling from Brookhaven. It has been a pleasure to arrive at a Dr's appointment and be taken back early. All the staff including the receptionist were just so nice and welcoming.

Dr. Brown is the greatest. From the moment you walk in there's a Smile to greet you and put you at ease. Everyone of the staff I met was kind and friendly. I had a triple bypass last year and jackson heart and Dr. Brown have been with me every step of the way. I feel they've gone above and beyond what I expected them to provide. I pray you never need a cardiologist or to even visit a heart clinic. If you do my recommendation is Jackson Heart Clinic and Dr. Brown. Dr Calhoun was the surgeon. Props to him too for fixing my heart!

Jackson Heart Clinic in Ridgeland is the best. They greet you with a smile and are very professional and make you feel at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Brown to anyone needing a cardiologist.

I arrived for my appointment, met by the lady at the desk, she was very cheerful and very nice. I waited less than 10 minutes before being called to the back. Dr. Gray Bennett was introducing himself shortly afterwards. He was thorough with reviewing my Angiogram, even revealed I had a Bovine Aortic Arch. I was never told, even after having three children and multiple CT's, MRI's & surgeries. Dr. Bennett is excellent in my opinion!
